The finished product is available in your choice of VHS tape, DVD, CD-ROM or internet video file format. DVD format includes menu-driven navigation and eliminates constant rewinding of tapes to find a specific portion. This format is more durable than VHS tapes and can offer a higher-quality end product than traditional VHS format (dependant on raw footage available). You may send pre-recorded raw footage (up to 45 minutes) for editing, but we require written permission from the videographer in order to use it. A handling fee of 50% of the corresponding shoot-fee applies to all videos created from pre-recorded footage. Use of a video for advertising or other commercial purposes (this includes displaying on websites), or any other purpose beyond personal enjoyment, requires that a Commercial Use Fee be paid prior to the video being used. This fee allows the use of the video for advertising/promotion and includes one (1) copy on your choice of DVD, VHS, or CD-ROM. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for video(s) to be completed. Rates & services subject to change without notice. All orders subject to deposit of 50% of shoot fee upon confirmation of booking, with remainder due on day of service. Special financing available to approved customers. Cancellations due to weather will result in session being rescheduled at earliest convenience. All other cancellations will render deposit nonrefundable (exceptions made on a case-by-case basis). Additional surcharge of 50% will apply for sessions booked less than two (2) weeks in advance - exceptions will be made when our schedule allows it. Reproduction in any form (incl. unauthorized reprints) is prohibited without written consent of Equus Unlimited, LLC. Commercial use of media without remittal of appropriate fee(s) is specifically prohibited and will result in a $5,000 fine per offence and maximum legal penalties allowable by law.
